i.If I could give this facilty 0 stars I would. Patient care at this facility is severley lacking. I truly feel sorrow and even horror for those patients at this facility who cannot speak to tell their families what is happening to them. Fortunately, my mother could, and I had to make several visits, unannounced, in the middle of the night. My mother was left for hours in her own waste. In the 8 days that she was there they injured her 2 times. One injury required x-rays. Staff had a very uncaring attitude. Food was in adequate, not even close to the diabetic diet my mom required. Cleaning at the home was also inadequate, food prep areas and food storage areas were filthy. No amount of chandeliers and oriental carpeting can make up for horrible patient care. Beware!

Nothing seems to phase them. They are wonderful to patients and families. The facility is very warm, homey and quiet, not like most other facilities. Not a stressful experience. And the physical therapists are wonderful too. Even patients in the rehab section on the second floor can go to the first floor dining room which is very lovely, much liike a first class restaurant. Overall, a very good experience for my father (even though he would have preferred to be at home, of course, which he now is.)
