I would give this place zero stars if I could. I can only imagine how this place treats actual people that pay to do business with them. I was in town to see the State Fair. I parked in their parking lot off Exposition Ave and Ash Ln. They were selling parking tickets to park in their parking lot. The guy I bought parking for $20 from told me my car would be good all night. There is nowhere that says you can only park a certain time for paid State Fair Parking. I also understand if I left my car there for days, but my car wasn't even there for more than 8 hours. I also explained to the guy running the lot that we would be drinking and did not want to drive. Again the guy selling parking in their parking lot told me my car was good all night "have fun at the fair". I am a bartender and I would not have parked in their parking lot if I knew my car would be towed after 10:30pm or I had to move it. It is really irresponsible to sell parking for an event with lots of drinking like this and to tow people especially after you ask the person selling the parking if that was ok and that you would be drinking. So today I had to get an Uber to the opposite side of town to pay $165.00 to get my car out of the inpound. I figure maybe I should call their front office and see if they can help. The guy I got on the phone was pretty useless as well. At first he accused me of moving my car multiple times last night. I have the Uber receipts to prove that was not true. After I convinced him my car was there until it was towed he told me it didn't matter anyway and there was nothing they could do about it. I can tell you if we ever towed a paying customer at our bar we would take care of the mix up. Apparently that is out of the realm of a company I am sure can afford it. I am a stranger to this company but just by their money grubbing pay $20 to park at the State Fair and tow tactics and non-existent customer service I would say stay as far away from doing business with this place as you can. Dallas is a cool place with a lot of options. This place had a chance to make things right, but I am sure that is how this company is ran from the top down. BEWARE
