I just got this account to leave a review for them because they excel when it comes to costumer service. I have a wave boat that I just bought and it had no sound what so ever, so I looked on line and found Stereo Zone they looked reputable do to the good reviews on Google, so I decided to check them out and let me tell you I am glad I did. Because before I went there I got an estimate from car toys for 2,500 dollars, but I only spent 900 at stereo zone, and it sounds amazing. But the reason I stress their service is because, my ride canceled on me so I was stuck there with things to do, so Rick walked up to me and asked if I needed A ride I explaned to him that I had things to do,So he too keys out of his pocket and lent me his car, to take care of my stuff, and I think that was amazing as well. Best Prices in Town! I shopped around everywhere and checked everyone's prices. I was looking for a good deal and a respectable establishment. Very hard combination to find. Most places were either cheap but shady looking or expensive and out of touch with the market. I found Stereo Zone online. When I called and asked prices they sounded reasonable. When I got there I was impressed with the appearance of the store. Even the bathroom was shining (WOW)! I didn't have to hassle with the prices I got, they were good from the start. I purchased a flipdown TV for my wife's Caravan and a cd player and system for my son's Scion. The only negative thing I would say of my experience was the time it took to get done. I went on a Saturday and they were really busy. Granted they did tell me it would take time to get it all done. In the end everything came out perfect. My wife and son are extremely happy. This place rocks! This place is amazing. I never write reviews but these guys deserve it. I called so many places and these guys were real courteous over the phone. They really wanted my business! They are not in the best part of town, but believe me when I tell you their store is extremely nice. Once your there you feel somewhat at home. When I arrived I had to wait for someone to help me because it seemed like they had a few things going on. Eventually I was greeted and helped by Gabriel. He was so nice. I went there to get a simple iPod connection for my factory radio. I was in and out with no problem. The price was right and service was excellent. I'm definitely going back for more.

I couldn't be happier! Like most people, I want quality...a quality product, along with quality service. Stereo Zone came through for me. I wanted to hookup my new ride with several features: an in-dash navigation system with hook ups for satellite and HD radio, iPod and internet applications. I also wanted to add an amplifier, subwoofer and speakers instead of the factory setup. I was also looking for an upgraded security system to protect all this equipment. Rick was my guide. What Rick didn't know was that I'd priced almost all the hardware on the internet before stepping into the store. I was reassured to find that Rick did not automatically point me to the most expensive merchandise.
