For the last twenty years of her litigation practice, most matters arose in the context of failed construction contracts and real estate transactions, including construction defects, water damage, foundation movement, mold contamination, and seller’s disclosure issues.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. She practiced with William M. Hayner & Associates for fifteen years, handling general civil litigation and personal injury matters. In 1998, she formed The Law Office of Anne P. Stark, P.C.
