This vehicle was actually purchased online with 2 follow up phone calls. The dealership experience when we when to pick up our car was exceptional as well. Marcus was a really nice guy in person too and the sales manager Ahmad and Corey (in finance) were very friendly and courteous as well. We feel the entire buying experience was very stress free from past experiences and Toyota of Dallas had the inventory the people that made the difference in our decision to purchase from this dealership.

Every step of the way was a pleasurable experince, from Greg and Martin finding the right car and the right price to Cheryl during the buying process. Everyone at Toyota of Dallas was wonderful to work with.

I really can't say enough nice things about my experience with Toyota of Dallas, I was referred by family and I absolutely love my new Highlander. They beat the price I was extended at another dealership and were so nice. I got 0% APR through their finance company so my payments were even less then I thought they would be. I would for sure recommend this dealership and my salesman Raul.‎

I went to 5 other dealerships around the Dallas area, and none were more professional, straight-forward, and they gave me the best deal. Went shopping for new car here. Was treated rudely by several of their employees. Will never go back. They've lost business to their competition as a consequence.

The Sale Team added $2000, that they could not explain, to the price right off the bat. Then they had to rewrite the contract 5 times, do to errors (money, always in their favor) and still i got the shaft. Never again will i set foot in the doors of Toyota of Dallas...not to even have my RAV4 serviced. At 27k miles the transmission went out. The service dept left out bolts, the dust cover was dragging the ground the first 50 miles, and the Wheel Well(inner fender) had only one snap rebbit put into place which has now ripped out leaving a whole 3 inches long & is very noticeable. The complete front drivers side fender is loose as a result of poor and incomplete service.Toyota of Dallas-is not recommendable, not even on your life. ---rcf.
