The result, ACTS (branded under the name “CollectMinder®” by Collectronics), is now used by attorneys, managers and boards throughout the United States in all areas of collection and foreclosure, from assessment collection and lien foreclosure to rent collection, tax collection, first lien foreclosures, garnishments, evictions, executions, timeshare collection and credit card collections.
