I went to Neighborhood because my friend told me about it. Beautiful office, really nice staff and I was in and out in like 30 minutes. Ill go back again for sure whenever I'm sick.

Nice place, nice people and it doesn't cost a ton of money to be treated there. A+ in my opinion!

I'm not really sure how long they've been around but I'm really glad I found them!! I have seen Dr McElya and Libby and they are both super nice. My regular doctor always seemed to have a two week wait which I didn't like. So now Neighborhood is my regular doctor. I hurt my wrist last year and they even XRayed it for me. I love it because they're on my insurance and they're open on the weekends too

I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. Horrible!!!! Very slow

New patient, just moved to Dallas, just went to get a yearly flu shot. New patient paperwork does not ask who your old doctor was or what kind of medication you are taking, or what other issues you may be having. My insurance was billed $56. They only paid $31. I still have to pay $25. When I have gone to Walgreens in past years I never get a bill for anything, it is covered 100%. I may try this place in the future again, but I'll get vaccines elsewhere.

I went there for a physical on a wed. My to be sent to the radiologist for an over read. They told me to come back on Sat that all my results and paperwork would be ready. I got there at 12:30pm and had an hour long wait before I was called then only to be told that the radioligists office is closed over the weeknd! I was told to check back on Mon. I did and I got the run around from three different people, nobody could give me an answer. One person finally listened to me and reassured me that she would give me a call as soon as my paperwork as done. She called me back a couple of hrs later stating that I can now come by and pick it up. I decided to call before I made the long drive over. A lady answered that phone, I asked her to verify that my paperwork was all there and complete, only for her to put me on hold and then come back and tell me that it is not complete!!! I had to wait for 6 days...I was beyond livid! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Great Doctors. I have been taking my kids there for as long as I can remember. Very affordable.

The Doctor and staff are very kind to me. Everyone makes me feel good. When I walk in the door, Kim calls me by my name, and the staff smiles at me on the hallways. I always bake for them around the holidays, they are like family to me.

I love Dr. Janet, I first saw her about a nagging cough. After she talked with me for awhile, she recommended a chest x-ray, I was surprised when she took the time to actually show me the x-ray and the pneumonia I had. After a few days of medication I felt much better. The thing I like best about her was that she spent a lot of time with me and was really interested in helping me feel better. Keep it up Dr. J.

I have been a pharmaceutical representative in Dallas for more than 5 years. It's my job to meet with doctors in their offices, supply them with medication samples and inform of new drugs on the market. I work with a lot of doctors and medical offices. When I need a doctor, I go to Neighborhood Medical Center. In short, the hours are great, the staff is great and Dr. McElya is one of the best doctors I've been to. Hes compassionate, very good at what he does and has a fantastic bedside manner. I highly recommend this office to colleagues, friends and family.

Most people love this place because its fast and convenient. I love it because of the quality of care. I was treated by Dr. Mac for 7 years before I moved to Houston. During that time he treated me for two major illnesses and a variety of other problems. The care I got was excellent. My business often takes me to Dallas and when I'm there I often drop in to visit with Dr. Mac even if its just to ask a few questions and say hi.

This place is great! I tried to get an appointment with my previous doctor and was told it would be 4-5 days. When I called neighborhood I was given an appointment the same day. I got in and out in about an hour. The staff was really nice and I will go back whenever I need to.

When I really messed up my finger the doctor at NMC did an x-ray and examined it and told me I needed to see a specialist. He didnt just give me the specialists name on a piece of paper and show me the door, he called the specialist and got me and appointment that same day and had my x-ray and records sent right over, too. Wonderful service at this place and the people really care about their patients.

Beautiful office, Easy to find on the corner of Belt Line and Preston Road. Great hours and friendly professional staff. You rarely this anywhere today.

It's so easy to get in to see a doctor at this place and it's easy to get your refills done. I've been coming on the Neighborhood for over 6 years and things keep getting better. They're even open on most holidays I think. Iive told my family and friends about this place and some of them have tried it and really like it, too.

Last week I told my Mother-in-law into the doctor because she only speaks Spanish. I had planned to help translate for her but I was pleasantly surprised to find that a few of the nurses and office people are bilingual and were able to really help my mother-in-law refuses to go anywhere else now!

I found the staff at this place to be really helpful. I visited a different office down the street several months ago when I had some really weird symptoms. They wanted to do a ton of expensive tests because I didn't have insurance at that time, that was not an option for me, so I left and visited NMC a day or two later. What a difference! I felt like the people there really cared about me (not just out to make a buck.) The doctor there explained in detail what was going on and he gave me some options of what I could do to feel better. Now this is the only place I go when I needed medical care.

I got sick during middle of the night once and remembered that Neighborhood Medical Center opens by 8 am so i headed over there and they got me in, I saw a doctor and was checking out in less that 30 minutes. It was amazing. I told my roommate and now she goes there for her regular annual checkups, too.

Wow, the doctor really does run from room to room in tennis shoes just like it says on the website. Believe it or not i actually enjoyed my time there. I found the staff to be professional and refreshingly happy. I will continue to refer friends and family.
