Powerhouse Physical Therapy was formed because we want to give those we work with a personalized care plan that is specific to our clients needs. Here at Powerhouse we have a client centered mentality meaning we put our clients needs first to help them perform at their best. Powerhouse understands that we all come from different backgrounds and we want to help our clients crush their goals and be pain free to lead active lives.Our treatment starts with a FREE 30 minute consultation where we get to know you and understand how we can best serve you whether it be to maintain performance while you train or to rehab an injury. If appropriate we will schedule you for a 1 hour evaluation. During your evaluation your PT will listen to your concerns and get a full history of your complaint. We then perform a movement screen and create a plan of care that is designed with your goals in mind. We will work together at modifying your movement patterns and progressively re-build in ways that are specific to your desired outcomes. We work with many different demographics such as youth athletes, competitive athletes, active adults, and weekend warriors. It is our hope that we can help you live a pain free, active lifestyle to reach your highest potential.
