Stephanie and Reniga were so informative and helpful. Even tho I didn't rent TODAY they never made me feel their disappointment. When I'm ready this location is definitely where I will go.

My name is Sandy and I just wanted to express my opinion of the Public Storage located at 7568 Greenville Dallas Tx. 75231. I came to this location from a location in Mesquite, Tx.which was HORRIBLE ! No one stayed on property,the entry gate was chained with a combination lock, if the combination had been changed, I'd have to go to another location and get the new combination before I could enter .There were no security cameras. My unit was broken into twice. And since no one stayed on property, I was charged a late fee for not having my payment in on time,and it had been put in the night deposit. I decided that was enough and moved to the location at 7568 Greenville in 2009.The difference is like day light and dark. From day 1 the people have been WONDERFUL. Reniga always greets me by name when she sees me.It's always CLEAN and I see her out there sweeping and checking things.She & Gaby are great. I don't have bugs and have never had a rodent problem. I would recommend it to anyone.
