I really enjoy Pei Wei! It is owned by the people who run PF Chang's. Essentially, they have the same great quality ingredients at half the price. The portions are large, too. I usually can make two meals out of my entree. For appetizers I suggest the Lettuce Wraps and Spring Rolls. The Lo Mein and Fried Rice are great bowls. The Ginger Broccoli and Sweet & Sour dishes are great standards. If you order take out they offer you a free soft drink while you wait. How great is that? Many locations in the D/FW area.
