      If you have to walk a mile don't park in Star Parking. On April 24 2014 I paid with a 5 dollar bill for 2 dollar parking and received no change and got A ticket for 50 dollars on my car. This is not the first time for me or many others. I have learn my lesson and I will try to warn others not to use star parking. K.K. Gregg
