Been a while since I used midas but I recently went back I did not know but Randolph the manager found a recall that was for the problem I came to the shop for repair,how cool is that,who does that ,they have a customer back as long as Randolph is manager

I went to this location and the manager was rude and obnoxious. He spoke to me like I didn't understand anything about cars and then quoted me a ridiculous amount for the work that my car needed. When I said I was going to take my car for a second opinion he got really angry. I went to 2 other places and they both quoted me half the amount for the work that my car needed. Customer service was extremely poor and so was their work ethic. Avoid this location at all costs!
