I want to start by stating that the parking and shuttles were good. The price was great. However, their customer service is horrendous. On our most recent trip, I left my purse on a shuttle. I did not realize this until a day after because I had taken all my necessary documents and wallet out for other reasons. When I called to see if they had it, they indicated they did and that I could come pick it up. I live 5 hours from Dallas so really driving would be a last resort. We were told that they could not mail it to us and when asked if I could speak to a supervisor, they told me that I could only call between 9am and 10 am to speak to one. When I called back the next day, during that hour, the person who answered simply stated that there was no supervisor there and hung up on me. No explanation, nothing! Currently, we are trying to figure out a way to get my possessions back. We are beyond frustrated trying to get my purse back into my possession. This as been the absolute worst experience I have ever had.
