      Extremely dissappointed - very unprofessional

      My daughter contacted Ms. Kastl and her office regarding a personal injury claim. She took time off work to review her case with the firm and was told she had a case worth pursuing. She submitted all the papers the firm requested and has not heard back from ANYONE. She has left several messages inquiring on the status of her case and has not been contacted in over three months. A courtesy phone call would be the minimum expected.
