I have been buying cars from Karz for nearly 20 years. If you keep in mind that all used cars have some kind of issue, and check everything, and I mean look under the hood, pull the dipstick, check under the engine for old oil drips...etc, you can drive away from here with a very decent running vehicle. Ask questions, take a test drive, get on the highway and get it up to speed. Sit in it and let it idle and smell under the hood, listen for funky noises, all that good stuff, like you would at any used car place. Once you have kicked the tires and checked the AC and heat and lights, start talking turkey, they may make a discount for anything fishy you find like a check engine light. Make a good deal, have a decent down payment, pay your payments on time, keep insurance on your ride, and Karz will take care of you in the end. For every car you pay off you get a discount on future purchases, refer a friend and if they buy a car, you get a discount on your payment. They have 24 hour tow, and can make minor repairs, and will work with you to pay the repairs off. Major repairs will sometimes get money taken off the note for you. As a repeat customer overall I have been very satisfied with Karz. When it came down to the wire, and with limited funds and a serious time deadline, Karz and Gaines in particular, really came through for me. I do not have any worries about keeping my new jobs now. They will rip you out of your money. If your a day late on your payment or if your insurance has relapsed and the next day you get new insurance even when communicating to them about everything they will STILL repoe your car. I will definitely be speaking to a lawyer about a law suit and working on getting this place shut down.

Poor service and the cars they sell are lemons. Do not buy from this car lot. I only had a my car for a week and I regret the decision to buy a car from Karz.

Got my truck, had it a week and a half made another 250$ payment and it got repossessed 3 days later because they said my insurance was no good

Somebody should file a petetion to get them shut down total no good car lot

i bought a 2005 expedition an love it they set it up how i get paid an my payment was affordable most carlots are horrible but i have had great service an will buy another

i bought a car the thing i like the most was after 90 days they let me trade out so i got a car to get back an forth an 90 saved my money an got a super nice truck now im on my 3rd payment an as far as repoing people as long as i called them i have had no problems

at first i wasnt content with my purchase from there, being a 2001 for 8 grand. but then i went up there and talked to them and they told me i can trade it in for a 1500 credit, now im just waiting til i see the car of my dreams and ima snatch it up. they worked with me on payments and everything. i filed a bbb complaint and kinda wish i didn't now. overall great company as long as you communicate.

i have bought several karz from karz yes they are little strict on payments but aslong i called an lket them know what was going on they have always worked with me they even put a motor in my car an let me pay it out will always be a loyal custumer

They wrongfully repossessed my car. When I attempted to pick my car up they had the audacity to try and charge me $250. There Customer Service etiquette is non-existent. I went 3 days without a car and didnt even get an apology! These people do not deserve to be in business. All they do is take advantage of the people with 2nd rate credit. Its despicable!

This place took all of my money. I paid my $80 on Saturday and I owed them $100 we had a written agreement saying that I would pay the remainer on Tuesday(two business days later) and they towed my car. I wen back to pay the $100 on tuesday but they told me no i have to pay the full amount of 4000!!!!! Never go there I have a law suit against them. I didnt want to put a star at all!! i rate this compant trash!!
