To; "tangojohn" below, I have seven rent houses insured through Insurance Plus and have never had a problem with this Insurance agency. John I think you don't understand how an Independent Agency works. You tell them what coverage you want, they shop their stable of companies and then make you their best offer based on your coverage request. The company may or may not offer the exact coverages you want, that does not amount to fraud, it's just the best that company is willing to offer you and that's why they send you the disclosure so you can decide if it will work for you or not. If your unhappy with the company offering you might want to complain about the company, not the agency, it's the company that sets the rules not the agent.

The Guest Commenter below is obviously a fake. I've used this agency over 10 years. They always answer the phone with a live person. To date a least they do not use an answering service or a call center. They are all live people on location. Now thats responsive for ya.

This Company is a really great one. They are very responsive if you call them during posted business hours.
