It is a part of the Los Angeles-based Hillstone Restaurant Group, founded in 1976, which operates restaurants at various locations throughout the United States. Houston s primarily specializes in American cuisine, and it also features an artistic ambience that includes a selection of visual and colorful architecture. The restaurant offers meat, fish and chicken dishes, as well as produce and vegetable specialty items. In addition, its staff includes various servers, bartenders, greeters and kitchen personnel. Houston s also offers summer internship and training programs.

Awesome!!!!! i go at least ounce a week. Flawless everytime!
My husband and I have been going to Houston's for over 20 years! They have the best food in DFW! Salads, steaks, and seafood are their specialities! And don't forget to order the spinach artichoke dip and cheese toast!
Houston's has the best salads in Dallas! And the cheese toast they serve with the salads....HMMMMMMM!!!
Can make reservations only for parties of 4 or fewer. If you want to take 5 or 6 people out, take them somewhere else. They apparently don't want the money a larger party usually generates.
The artichoke appetizer is definitely my favorite -- it's only available in season, so be sure to ask your server. Also, the ahi tuna salad is delicious, and if you're wanting a drink, try one of their freshly made mojitos!
Houston's is an exceptional restaurant with very good food. They do not have a lot of selections on their menu, so if you have a picky eater you may not want to bring them here. There fresh market seafood has always been a favorite of mine, they cook to perfection. However, this restaurant is a littly pricey, so don't go unless your ready to spend a lot.
