After a recent hail storm here in Irving Tx, I was denied by my insurance company, The only thing they paid for was the sky light that had been broken due to the hail storm , they said that the damages were only cosmetic . I spoke with Holden Roofing and their sales rep Tony Chiarle.Tony came out and inspected my roof .To the findings by Holden Roofing the roof did have severe hail damage and Holden roofing set up a re-inspection with my insurance company. Holden Roofing and my insurance company both met at my property, at that time both my insurance company and Holden Roofing came to an agreement that roof needed to be replaced.I had been approached by many roofing company sales reps, one of them just gave up. I am very satisfied with Tony and Holden Roofing. They both made the process very easy for me and the work as well. I want to Thank Holden Roofing for their great support that they provided to me when I need it most. Biju Nair

Holden roofing represented by Tony Chiarle satisfactorily carried out the replacement of my roof after the hail damage. Tony Chiarle who consistently demonstrated oustanding customer-friendly behavior, professionalism and work ethics throughout the duration of the job took time and patience to understand my needs as a customer, gave objective, qualitative and professional advice to ensure my full understanding of every phase of the job. The execution of the job was well planned with relevant supplies promptly brought to site while the roofing exercise was professionally supervised and completed appropriately within the stipulated time. On the overall, the job was an excellent performance from the planning stage through materials supplies to the finishing stages.

Holden Roofing and their rep Tony Chiarle did an excellent job. Tony came out and met with the adjuster from my insurance company. Since this is the second roof that I have bought in less than two years (hailstorms) I have some experience. Not only good work and neat clean up but also suggestions on other damages and the best way to get them fixed.
