  The support and service do not end once the company has been created. Our firm continues to provide advice, experience and expertise throughout the term of the business entity. Among the documents that may be required over the life of the business are independent contractor agreements, employment agreements, cross-purchase agreements.

  Our firm aids and assists our clients in the proper re-titling of the real property as part of the estate planning. We will prepare the deeds, assignments of interest and affidavits of heirship to help convey and grant land interests and oil and gas interests. These transfers may be for estate planning, asset protection, probate administration or Medicaid planning.

  Probate is a court supervised process pertaining to a decedent’s estate administration. Under formal administration, the court will approve the appointment of an Executor or Administrator, and supervise the transfer of assets to the beneficiaries or heirs. Other less formal administration procedures are available under Texas Probate laws, too.
