      Gorjis award-winning fare has been garnering critical acclaim for the past 11 years . Twice in blind judgings he earned the coveted Texas Steak Cook-Off Championship award for his take on steak. Canary is D Magazines DBest and his catfish and steak recipes have been published locally and nationally. He has published a debut cookbook, Zing! By Gorji and has created a product line Gorji Gourmet Foods to help home cooks easily create gourmet meals. Canary By Gorji has no televisions, does not rush guests through their meals to turn tables and unfortunately can not accommodate young children. The emphasis is on food, flavors and boutique wines.
