I've been going there every Mondays and making it out Mondays dinner. My family have really been enjoying it, the chicken is always hot and good. I only had a problem one time and that's when i got home and I only had dark chicken and the special was mix but when i called they just told me to come in on another day and get the 7 white. That really impressed me. So i was telling my co-worker about it and so she decide to go there and get it for her dinner and went thru the drive thru and sit there about 10 minutes and no cars moved so she left. About a week later i went again and went thru the drive thru and sit there about 6 minutes and and no one moved so when i tried to go in the lobby and it was locked and when someone finally seen me he came and said that the lobby was closed ( 3 pm ). We don't understand why it takes so long to go thru the drive thru. Food is GREAT customer service SUCKS.Have to wait tooooooo long. Sherri Brown 1326 Long Branch/ Lancaster tx
