I have a layaway with this company, last payment 9/27, I was told that the store was closing at the end of October and I told them I would get My furniture in two weeks, I went to the location 10/11 and the store was locked and notice where posted about damage to the store and another one form the landford , " the locks were changed and they could get the key ,when the paid the rent" as I walked away another couple drove up and waited, later left..I left messages on the phone and no one called me back, after I left a message. It said " that the phone lines were full " and there wasn't anyone there to call me. I either need my furnture or my money Someone need to call me A Tennon "This is not great service"..or unique!

I purchased a furniture set and was told the items were in stock. Some pieces were not. The manager has told me several times, "2 to 3 weeks for delivery". Well....... it's been OVER 10 weeks and still no stock, no refund, no completion to my furniture set!! This is the honest truth. It is now Nov. (2006) Needless to say, I will never buy from them again. And I suggest you don't either.

If you put your purchase on layaway the delivery of the furniture once you have finished paying off the purchase is terrible. I paid off the purchase on 2/19/06 and today is 3/9/06 and was told yesterday that it would be another 3 1/2 weeks before it would arrive. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place always has sales, but they do not have a big selection of new styles of furniture. Fairly small place with not to much to look at. However, the prices are pretty reasonable, so it does not hurt to look, you never know they might have what you are looking for. Friendly staff.
