I highly recommend this call center. They are very professional to deal with and they are properly trained. They have to go through testing and screening just to get hired and then they background check and drug test everyone. I think this is great because they want good, smart, decent people to work there which makes it a good work environment too. Check them out if you ever need a job where they promote from within.

I got a few calls from an 800 number that said 'Unavailable' so I didn't pick up. Finally one night I answered and they asked if I was the right person, my address and if I ever used this ambulance service. I verified and then they said any information would be used against me but said they had to say that and that all calls were recorded which made me feel a little safer. Anyway, we got it all figured out and they let me make payments which is good because I only get paid twice a month.
