Rick was great. We have had a problem with our outlets for years and have even had another electrician come out prior and said it would be costly and take a while to diagnose the problem. Rick found out what was wrong within 20 minutes and was very courteous and affordable. We highly recommend them for any electrical needs!

Rick is very knowledgeable, and gave me a tip to switch from CFL's to incandescent to stop flickering lights for free over the phone. I will be using him for any electrical problems I ever have due to his exceptional service. He didn't have to help me for free, but he did, and that is service!

On a recent Sunday during major power outage, we needed the advice of an electrician, but who to call. Opened the YellowPages, saw the ElectricMan's ad and hoped for the best. From the time I placed the call for help to the time Rick walked out of our soon-to-be-warm-again home, it was an impressive 1.5 hrs!! Nick was a 'straight-shooter' with me on the phone about our problem. This alone impressed me. He then offered the option to switch our gas furnace thermostat to the one working leg of power we seemed to have until Oncor finished their restorations. Rick arrived just when he said he would, went right to work and determined that we were indeed receiving full power from Oncor, but one of our breakers was bad. He replaced it, checked things out and was on his way. We were very impressed with the quality of service and integrity of this company. Pricing was very fair too. We certainly will use them again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service, quick, courteous, all of the things that make for repeat customers. I was having an issue with the heater tripping a breaker, and since this was the one year when Arlington decided to actually have a winter that was a very bad thing. They were able to make it out within a couple of hours, and had me diagnosed and repaired just as quickly. I will definitely keep their number around for anything else that might crop up down the line.

We recently bought an older home and have already had our share of emergencies and repair people, but our experience with ElectricMan was different. The same day that we called, the owner of the company, Nick, came in person, listened to our most immediate needs, inspected our electrical situation and gave us an incredible quote. But that is not all, seeing that we had a work in progress and had to allocate funds on a need to pay as we go basis, Nick spent the time to assess our "plans" and advised us on how to prioritize and proceed with future electrical needs. My wife thinks ElectricMan is fabulous and so do I. Replacing kitchen flourescent bulbs with recessed ceiling lights provide brilliance to our kitchen and new outside flood light fixtures enclose the bulbs to prevent corrosion of contacts and burned out bulbs. We found the Customer Service Value of ElectricMan two years ago when they installed small illumination lights on the railing of a new backyard deck. Great service. Price is right and the jobs they did for me were always done well. AND they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Dependable service, which was very important since my time is valuable, and others I've used in the past did not always show when they were supposed to.

I have learned that there is still some good O'boys still around... Recently I found that I had a problem in one of my plug-ins in the garage not working. I called around and was quoted what it would cost just for someone to come out. I called Electric Man not only did he tell me what was wrong, he walked me thru the process to fix it. After a few steps and tests, fixed my own problem and saved me $$$.$$ thanks to Electric Man. All the other companies I called wanted to charge then tell me what the problem was not Electric Man he help me fix my problem and saved me money. Thank You Electric Man! I could have been charged some crazy dollar amount and then had to pay more to have them fix it.

I called them for an after-hours call and they arrived quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Will definitely be using these guys again!! :-)
