Taylor M. Herzog M.D. practices General Adult Psychiatry. His specialties include Anxiety and Panic Disorders, Mood Disorders (Depression and Bipolar Disorders), OCD, PTSD, Psychotic Disorders, and ADHD. Dr. Herzog received his M.D. from The Texas A&M College of Medicine completing his clinical rotations in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center. He then completed his residency in Psychiatry at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where he received the prestigious Thayer Award for Excellence in Teaching given by the John P. McGovern Academy of Oslerian Medicine. He is Board Eligible for Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry. Dr. Herzog is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Texas A&M College of Medicine -Dallas Campus and provides teaching and lectures to medical students during their psychiatry rotation at the Thorntree Psychiatric Associates offices. He has a special interest in novel therapeutic modalities for both adult and adolescent illnesses. He continues to research and implement innovative treatments including genetic testing, repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and nasal esketamine (Spravato).
