Dr. Gromov not only has the clinical skill and excellent educational foundation, she also has the compassion and empathy so obvious in her professional conduct. After visiting with her, you walk away with a feeling of hope and encouragement. She is one of the most gifted and talented healthcare professionals I have ever met. I just wish more mental health practitioners would at least consider her approach, then the stigma would be significantly reduced.
