Personal Training doesn't get any more professional than this. I've been around personal trainers my whole life and I've honestly never seen anywhere near the level of expertise, knowledge, and teaching ability of these guys (and for some reason they're in Dallas, not LA!). They own level of fitness is phenomenal, they practice what they preach, and they take their clients results VERY seriously. They treat their personal training clients' goals as though they are their own goals and they set out to achieve those goals hand in hand with their clients. If I lived in Dallas, I wouldn't consider personal training with anyone else. These trainers are worth every penny.
These guys are more knowledge about personal training and exercise science than anyone I have ever met. They know tons about fat loss, nutrition, flexibility, health, etc they are capable of putting it into layman's terms and take it as their personal responsibility to teach you at the same time as getting you phenomenal results. I couldn't be happier with my results. I feel great, I look better than I have in 20 years, I'm stronger and have better endurance than I did when I was 30 years old. I would have never thought it was possible. These guys are the best trainers in Dallas....I highly recommend them.
I never thought I'd go to a personal trainer but I took George up on his offer of a free training session and ended up realizing I could actually benefit from it alot more than I would have thought. After working out with him for about a year, I am actually stronger and faster than I ever was in high school playing football and I'm leaner than I've been since college.
