I called this store looking for a part for my cordless trimmer. The person (man) who answered the phone left me on hold for 10 mins., when he returned to the phone he said hello and hung up. I called back it went to the fax machine. I called back again, waited and waited a man finally answered. I gave him the part number, he put me on hold; then he came back and stated " I do not have the part, I can order it and it will be a week and a half before they receive it in, and okay bye. I was in shock, was he serious?. What kind of person was this? I tried to call back to speak with the manager, but no one answered. I would love to speak to the manager about the service I received.
