We received excellent service at Cowboy Bail Bonds. It can be quiet upsetting while posting a bond for a friend or a loved one. James at Cowboy Bail Bonds is very calming, patient, as well as informative, as what to expect. Our bond was expedited and our loved one was released very quickly. We definitely recommend Cowboy Bail Bonds.

I posted a bond for my boyfriend using this company on 02/01/08. I paid $150 for a criminal charge and $475 in unpaid tickets. They never informed me that we would still have to contact the city to schedule a court date for the tickets. On March 18th he had a court date for the tickets. The problem was that never once was I informed as the person who posted the bond that there would be this additional court date. And, the letter was sent to the incorrect address. They tried to say that it was my fault and that I provided them the incorrect address and so they couldn't refund us our money. After I requested to see the original paperwork with my writing and proved that I in fact provided them the correct address. They quickly pointed out that we should have known that he would have an additional court date for his tickets and that it does not matter because they do not give refunds. The issue has been escalated all the way to the owner of the company and I am still awaiting a response

Waited over an hour to find out that I need a cosigner - I live over 20 miles away from their location. Claimed that the cosigner was needed because its a felony case -- the paperwork I signed showed it as a misdemeanor, but at any rate, they knew it was a felony case before I left the premises and should have been able to tell me that. Then they wouldn't release my money until after 10am the next business day claiming that they don't leave the money at the location due to possibility of being robbed. A lot of help that is for me since I can't go to another bail bond company without money!
