I've eaten here off and on for many years, living nearby. Thsy have OK prices but the chicken and bowls they serve are overall just too oily and greasy. The chicken is half breading and very greasy. I tried their catfish once and t was like the chicken. The Teriyaki Bowl is pretty good but then again there's just too much oil in it. If you ask for one of their Hot sauces with a Teriyaki bowl instead of the 10 -15 packs of soy and sweet and sour sauce they automatically give you, they will make you pay an extra 10 cents for the little container of sauce. I think they would save money by not giving out so many little packages of sauce. They wanted to run another 10 cent charge on my credit card because I didn't ask for sauce beforehand and I didn't have any change.

Poor management policy. They were actually going to run an extra 10 cent charge on my credit card because I didn't ask for the 10 cent sauce beforehand and I didn't have any change.
