What We Do: by developing a strategic plan through a process in which individuals imagine a preferred future and develop the processes, procedures and operations that will enable them to visualize & achieve this future. Their strategic plan will include the following elements: Vision, Mission, Values, & Goals. Once the individual is clear about their strategic direction. B.O.S.S. uses three types of learning: Knowledge (K), Skill(S) and Attitude (A). Knowledge (cognitive) involves the development of intellectual skills. Skills (psycho-motor) refers to the physical movement, coordination, and the use of motor-skill area. Attitude (affective) refers to how you deal with things emotionally, such as feelings, motivation and enthusiasm.
