My name is Serrail Patrick. I am a daughter of a patient there at Brentwood. I have the worse experience when I come up there in the morning time because of the security guard that is there in the morning. I feel uncomfortable because he tells me where I can or can't park at even though there is a Breentwood bus there that could block me in. This morning on 10/7/2010 he made hand gestures at me like he was cursing me out and tried to play it off by scratching his head when saw that I was looking at him. I don't appreciate him doing that and I don't feel like it was appropriate for him to treat me like that. I want something to be done about that ASAP!! I also see him throwing trash on the ground where there are no cameras to see him. That makes me upset also because I see the second shift man working hard and picking up trash, cleaning, watering the grass, and a lot more things that I don't see the first shift man do. I feel harassed and I hope something is done.
