As a holding company, Baxxan is the parent corporation that owns enough voting stock in other companies to control its policies and management. We exist for the sole purpose of controlling those companies, which might also be a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company, rather than for the purpose of producing our own goods or services. Baxxan also exist for the purpose of owning real estate, stocks, and intellectual property such as patents and trademarks.
