I needed clearance for knee repl. surgery, and knew that I must have dental exam. I had a toothache/(s) that began last week, and kept thinking that I was imagining things. My primary dentist was unavailable, so upon a friend's recommendation, I visited Dr. Howard Frysh's office. Dr. Frysh performed the most detailed and comprehensive exam that I've ever had. Dr. Frysh felt that I needed to see an Endodontist immediately and referred me to Dr. Aurbach. Dr. Frysh contacted him personally, sent all x-rays and Dr. Aurbach saw me immediately--on his lunch hour. The visit actually took 3 hours, and Dr. A was with me the entire time, cleaning out a severely infected tooth that had previous root canal procedure. He also determined that I had additional infection in a molar, which had prior root canal. (to be dealt with another time) He was kind, patient, compassionate and skilled. I highly recommend him. HIs staff has been with him for a quarter of a century, which to me, is a benchmark of a good practice.
