I received a letter from AT&T saying I needed to replace my phone because of the age. They offered a new phone free with no new contract. I went to the store on the Northwest HWY and they did not have the free phone. I called the store on Buckner and they informed me that they were a company store and had the phone in stock. I went to the store and they told me they had the phone however I would have to sign a new 2 year contract to get it. I told the no thanks. I returned home and called AT&T they are shipping me the phone with no charge and no new contract. I mentioned the visit to the Buckner store and they indicated it may not have been a company store. Since they took information off my drivers lic I will be watching my credit report.
