During her time at Children’s, Dr. Parides was also able to partner with and serve several specialty groups at the hospital, including Eating Disorders, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Cardiology, Solid Organ Transplant, and the Sleep Center. As part of her doctoral training, Dr. Parides provided services to adults facing mental health crises, including suicidal ideation, at the Parkland Inpatient Psychiatry and Outpatient Psychiatry Clinic. She also maintained a caseload of long-term therapy clients over the course of several years through the Southwest Clinic. Dr. Parides is passionate about working with individuals struggling with disordered eating patterns, body image concerns, postpartum and infertility, as well as depression, stress, and anxiety. She has a special interest in working with adolescents, young adults, new moms, and in completing psychological assessments.
