Great service. A $30 part and a 5 minute conversation kept my dryer running.

I always call these guys to help me diagnose the issue with ANY appliance in my house. They are ALWAYS helpful to guide me as to what to check or what to do. They also offer the lowest prices on replacement parts. A must for those on a budget and desire to at least try to fix things on their own.
Thank you!!! These guys take the time to listen to what you have to say and offer a quality explanation and a plan of action for you to take. I wish there were more companies like this today! Their prices are very compatible and their customer service is priceless!
steve and his mom are the best people in the world i have not found another place around the dallas area that will go above and beyond for there customers... ill never try anywhere else for any of my appliance or electrical problems or questions
Linda is Terrific & Very Knowledgable! I did a troubleshoot on the internet, thought it was the drain pump, but when I went to get it, Linda asked me more questions about what was going on with the machine. After I told her, she said "You don't need a pump, it's the lid switch that was broken. She even asked if we knew had to fix it and said to call if we had any questions. Fortunately there was a repair video I found online. It was really easy to fix, if i could have got my husband out of the way i could've done it myself! I'll never go anywhere else if I have repair needs or questions. Thanks Linda at Adam the Answer Man!

Went today to pick up a part for my a/c-heating unit. At first it seemed they did not have the part since it did not come up on the comp but the guy with the headphone on (giving someone instructions over the phone on their appliance) went to the back and somehow found the part! Genious! I am just hoping now that this will be the part that it needs so I dont have to go back, but this place is definitely my new found place for fixing things on my own! I feel empowered now.
They couldn't have been more helpful in helping me find the correct fan motor for my condenser unit. They researched my unit, found the right motor, gave me hook up instructions and threw in a new capacitor. I'm sitting right now in my cool home! All for a great price too. Thanks Adam the Answer Man.
They supply both hard to find parts, and instructions on how to install. I have used them for years, and they have never failed me.
The only place I know of that thrives on helping folks do their own appliance repairs, rather than charging them to do the labor. Thanks to Adam's I now fear no appliance!!
They always have the proper information and the parts we need. When possible, I do the repair myself. If I cannot it is because Adam has already explained what is wrong, and it is too difficult for me to do without help (I am a small woman). If Adam said it is one thing, and the repair man comes back with something else, I look for another repair man, chances are he is about to try to scam me for more money!
Reasonable Parts, told me the answer and it was a fix it right the first time kind of answer!
These folks treat your problem like it is their problem. Once, on dishwasher, we could not work it out over the phone, so I took it in to them, and they figured it out. It baffled both of us, and we both learned from the experience. They have never given up on ANY of the problems I have brought to them, and I have ALWAYS been able to execute repairs and actually fix my dishwasher, my washer, my fridge, my stove, and my dryer, over the years. They have been in business a very long time, and they continue to perform to my expectations every time I need help.
extremely helpful at troubleshooting and fixing my clothes dryer. Once we narrowed it down to two parts they allowed me to purchase and try the least expensive part with the caveat that if it did not fix the problem they would apply the money I had already spent toward the more expensive part, first place I have worked with to offer this deal.
After trying a few other places, AdamTheAnswerMan had the part I needed to fix my air conditioner in stock. I wish I'd known about this place sooner! The next time I need something I'll definitely be shopping here FIRST.
As a single house owner, I have used their services over the years and have saved lots of money! They are always patient and generous with their teachings. Couldn't ask for better service!
You just don't see customer service like this anymore.
It only cost me a hole 10.95 to replace a part in the washer and it was simple thanks to Adam the Answer man!
I have used him several times over the years. His parts are priced very competitively, but his advice for do-it-yourself is invaluable. He is able to pinpoint your problem over the phone and advise on removal and installation. A great resource and he has saved me hundreds of dollars over the past 15 years or so.
