I would like to share my experience with Accident and Injury Chiropractic. I was hospitalized with a virus in my spine and I was hospitalized for 6 weeks. The effects of the virus and being immobile for a long period caused neck and back problems long after the virus was cured. After being released from the hospital I could barely walk and had trouble climbing stairs. I was a wreck and very discouraged. I just wanted to lay around and do nothing. A friend recommended that I seek treatment from a Chiropractor. I was new to the area and did not know where to turn. I also could not drive because of my weak state. I asked to same friend if he knew of any Chiropractors and he told about Accident and Injury Chiropractic. They had helped a friend of his who was in a serious automobile accident and they also provided transportation. They were also a well-established group in the community and had a long tenure in the field. I called to discuss my problem. The first good experience was that I was able to setup an appointment when it was convenient for me. They also provided transportation. They were able to get me in to see a Doctor in just a few hours. I was impressed because the van was new and clean. The driver was courteous and friendly. With healthcare the way it is today seeing a Doctor the same day is not the standard. When I arrived at the Clinic, I was greeted by happy and cheerful staff. My wait time was minimal. The Doctor was very concerned about my pain and discomfort. I was shocked about how much time the Doctor spent with me inquiring about me injury. My experience with must Doctors is that they want to get in and out fast. The doctor sat down with me and discussed his findings and the treatment plan. The next day I returned and started my treatments. The treatment I received on my first visit was the same every visit. It was not long and I started feeling better and my pain and discomfort level subsided. I was able to attend my treatment sessions with a flexible schedule and the staff went above and beyond to attend to my needs. My back and neck problems are gone and I believe that it is the result of the excellent care I received at Accident and Injury Chiropractic. I am a retired business executive when over 40 years of experience and I built a solid reputation for providing customer service. I believe my experience at Accident and Injury Chiropractic is a true example of customer service at its best. Every aspect of my treatment was outstanding starting with the transportation, the staff and ending with the facilities. I never felt like a number. When you are sick you need to be treated special. I felt special. I consider the Doctor and staff part of my family. Just plain good people. I tell my friends and family that they helped save my life.
