Charged my credit card for two bonds at $125 each on May 4th went to jail and told only one was bondable the other was a fine. Now on the 9th of May they still cannot figure out how to refund $125.
Tammy went above and beyond with her services. Very outgoing & friendly. Made the experience extremely easy and pleasant.

I’d just like to start out by saying that Gabriella at the Garland office was unbelievably helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my person was transferred to Dallas before the bond could be posted. So I wound up using the after hours office on Riverfront. David was hands down the best and most helpful person! There was also another lady that talked to me for quite a while and explained the entire process to me. She really made this unfortunate experience a lot easier! She answered all the questions and helped me understand what was happening. David got my person bonded out AS SOON AS the bond was posted and assured me everything was taken care of. I’d like to add I did all of this via fax and email as I don’t live close to Dallas.
This is where things went downhill. Clearly there are different people that work there all the time, but I had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Priscilla at the Riverfront off when my person went to check in. I was told any office could process the check in and apparently that was untrue. This pleasant lady cursed at me on the phone, spoke over me every time I tried to talk, and hung up on me multiple times and told me that I’d have to find someone else to help me. After the fifth time I called back I was able to get her to actually listen, she turned my person away after telling me that it had to go through the garland office and they were closed. She absolutely refused to help in any way, shape, or form. I’d say absolutely use the service. But steer clear of Priscilla. This was one of the most unprofessional, crude, and unhelpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Chris helped me out tremendously. He answered all of my questions and I had no worries. I've used other bails bondsman before but Chris is the best. I would recommend AA Bail Bonds for that reason.
Jasmine is the best!!!! AA best bail bonds has been a tremendous help. Great service. Quick and helpful. Jasmine took so much time (on more than 3 occasions) to make phone calls to the jail and get all of my questions answered. Thank you so much jasmine you made this terrible process all the more bearable with your knowledge, expertise, and kind and compassionate nature. I appreciate all that you have done for us. When I came in jasmine was the most helpful person I had encountered in his process of trying to bail out a loved one. Despite being overworked and unappreciated she continued to put her best foot forward and helped me in the door in a minimal amount
When Cowboy Bail Bonds wasted my time and tried to charge me $265 plus put down a $500 deposit on a $500 bond AABEST did it for $125. Their staff is fast and friendly and unlike cowboy douche bonds let me wait in their office.
Besides the fact that it was low on the amounts the bonding out sucked!! Little pay or high pay there is no point in bailing someone out if they are not going to follow up on the requests. I paid the bail at 1 pm, husband calls me at 430AM saying he was transferred to another jail when that was already one of the tickets paid. Will not go through them again!!!! You pay them for a reason and it's not because you can afford someone being in there
Ever since management change to Ashley and they let people who actually knew what they were doing go this place has went to crap
I don't recommend them to anybody bad service my daughter had to report today and they are closed at the mesquite location and we Call the Dallas location and they say they can't find her in system but we have paperwork from them
Id reccomend them to anyone. Fast, friendly and reliable!

These people were so completely rude and uninterested. Plus they were without a doubt the most unprofessional I have ever seen especially in the situation my wife was in at that kind of time it was just what i didn't need. stay away from these people.
