Usually very good customer service but today I was ignored by the deli staff not just once but twice. They offered service to the people behind me in line after the gentleman behind me in line told them I was next. Ignored twice. What gives? Then, while in the check out line, the person bagging my items bagged one bag and then walked of leaving me to finish. Fortunately for Publix, the pharmacy staff is wonderful.

What a great store. I really love the Bakery. A young lady named Kathy, took time to let me sample breads, even gave my kids cookies, she was great, and made my family and I feel important. They bagged my purchase, and everyone was wonderful. This is now my only stop!!!
My family and I moved to Dallas from St. Louis.Just a beautiful store and all of the associates spoke to me as I walked through.Passing the bakery and hot food area alone I probably spent at least $50 dollars,I thought to myself( maybe I'm just hungry) when I was finally done shopping an older guy took my cart and started to put my items on the belt, now that had shocked me,they bagged my food and had to helped me to my car because I had overspent.I haven't visited any other grocery store since we've been here because their service to me was just awesome.THANK YOU.Carolyn M.
