I had a 2:30 appointment on Oct 5 2018. When I arrived to the office the door was locked and there was a sign reading close due to emergency.
I can understand an emergency but and the same time there are a lot of people who work in that office and someone should have been directed to call the patents with appointments during that time frame and save me and others a wasted trip. Very unprofessional and I won't go back!
