Quiet neighbor, spacey and nice interior layout. Huge closets, one walk-in in the master BR, with average sized bathroom. Kitchen is very decent and roomy enough for 2. Decent laundry room with pantry shelves. Balconies included in every apt room. Only complaint I have is the water shutdown. It happens 4 x's a month, with and without notice. Maintenance barges in without landlord notification or without knocking long enough for you to even walk over to open the door. Water shutdown is really annoying and doesn't seem like it'll be permanently fixed. I wouldn't renew my lease.
