Dr. Kevin Brafman did dental work for me in 2004. We agreed on two crowns totaling around $3000. The molds were made and when crowns came in the color was off an had to be returned. When the crown came back, it didn't fit properly. It loosened the surrounding crown. I called immediately and numerous times about the improper fit. My calls were NEVER returned. When the crown fell off, I called a made an appt. to have it recemented. The office wanted to do a full mouth X-RAY at $160. I asked to speak with the dentist, they said I had to get the X-RAYs taken first. The dentist was off to the side, listening and did nothing. Needless to say, I left and went to another dentist who charged $65.00 and took the time to talk to me about other dental work that needed to be done.
