The Wellness Center at Lake Martin is a state-of-the-art physical therapy, rehabilitation, and fitness complex. Our mission is to provide a complete physical therapy, rehabilitation and fitness service for patients and members with a personal touch. Come experience working with athletes, senior citizens as well as individuals needing individual attention. The Wellness Facility is equipped with the most up-to-date equipment using free weights, Nautilus, Free Motion and Cybex machines, and a variety of cardio machines including treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, a stair stepper and a rowing machine. We provide one-on-one training based on an individual s personal goals. If you need help staying motivate working out with a group, having fun and having access to a personal trainer is the way to stay committed to a physical fitness program.
