I was examined two times because the first glasses I received were not right.The first pair were good for distance,but close vision and mid-range was blurred.When I got my second pair they were good for close vision and mid-range,but were not as good as my old glasses for distance.Because a month had gone by,I gave up.Now I wear the new glasses for close vision,and wear my old glasses for distance.The doctors and staff were very nice and as far as I know,competant.I think the problem was with the lab they were using.Between the amount they got down from me and the amount they received from my insurance,they received more than my old glasses had cost;and the new glasses are not right.Very frustrating.

this is my first exposure to victory,and it probably will be my last.i went to victory because they are 5 minutes from my home,so i did not have to go to the mall.i had my exam on 6/3,as well as picking frames,etc.i told them i needed them by 6/12 because we were leaving on vacation,and was told "no problem".i called them on 6/11.and was told they were not in yet because the lab's equipment that applies the anti-reflective coating broke down.however i could get them the next morn if i was willing to take a loaner pair without the coating.i took them.when we got back from vacation on 6/30(26 days later),they still were NOT in because the lab's equip.was still broke! now for the bigger problem.on vacation when i wore them,i could not see as well with the new ones as i could with my old glasses,that i took with me.now,they are going to retest me,and we will start ALL OVER AGAIN!.i hope it all works out sometime in the future.lastly,they are about 30% more expensive than pearle or sears.
