Florist is HORRIBLE!! Paid extra for same day delivery, which never happened. The order was a dozen pink roses & a birthday balloon. The order was delivered the next day with 9 roses and a birthday balloon. The day after that another order was delivered of 7 roses & a It's a girl balloon. Neither order was correct. The 3rd day after order I received a phone call from a lady at the florist demanding I return the flowers. The person who ordered them was only paying for one order. When I told them neither order was correct & started yelling at me and told me to put the flowers outside my door for pick up. The entire experience has been unprofessional & unpleasant. I will not order from this place.

Flower Jazz has the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. Their staff is wonderful, both very professional and highly talented. I have been using this florist for years and have never been disappointing. Amazing selection of fresh flowers, plants and fantastic gourmet baskets. They cater to every budget and have a great delivery department. If you are looking for the best florist in the Atlanta area...look no further!

I would not even give this company a one star!!! I ordered an arrangement on 2/2/15 for a sympathy plant basket through justflowers They went through this local florist and the $70 arrangement that showed up at the funeral home (assuming they thought I wouldn't see it) was so small that it literally barely peeked over the top of an 8x10 picture frame. It did not even stick out on the sides in either direction! They lied to just flowers and said they used a 10 inch basket...NO WAY POSSIBLE!!! The arrangement-besides being unbelievably small-was not even pretty greenery/flowers. VERY POOR QUALITY and BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company!!!
