A group of scientist placed 5 monkeys in a cage and in the middle, a ladder with bananas on top. Every time a monkey went up the ladder, the scientists soaked the rest of the monkeys with cold water. After a while, every time a monkey went up the ladder, the other ones beat up the one on the ladder. After some time, no monkey dare to go up the ladder regardless of the temptation. Scientists then decided to substitute one of the monkeys. The first thing is this new monkey did was to go up the ladder. Immediately the other monkeys beat him up. After several beatings, the new member learned not to climb the ladder even though never knew why. The second monkey was substituted and the same occurred. The first monkey participated on the beating for the second monkey. A third monkey was changed and the same was repeated. The fourth was substituted and the beating was repeated and finally the fifth monkey was replaced. What was left was a group of 5 monkeys that eve

When you are there to pick up a package they just ignore you while you are standing there. I lived here but after a while it started going downhill. The neighbors are all sketchy and no one should consider this place a safe place to be. I would not let my children play outside. Late one Saturday night, we heard people screaming and fighting. The next morning we went outside and there were car windows broken, tires slashed, and broken beer bottles were everywhere! The pipes under my sink were leaking, they never fixed it. There was mold on every vent inside my apartment. We had to practically beg them to have the vents cleaned. There were eventually cleaned but the mold started right back. My dishwasher continued to fall away from the countertop. There was water damage and mold growing on each window. I am soooo glad to be away from this terrible place. Also when I moved out, they charged me for nail holes being in the walls.
