      These people are very professional and do what ever it takes to make sure you are happy with their service! A customer had a package sent to my address (in Canada) using Parcel Plus. Unfortunately the recipient had deceassed and I was the new owner of the home. Percel Plus contacted the sending customer recieved a new forwarding address. I forwarded on the parcell after having a wonderful conversation with Robert and Rose owners of Parcel Plus and they personally reimbursed me for the cost of forwarding on the package. These people really go the distance to make sure what ever you are shipping gets there! A wonderful experience. Next time I'm in Texas I will definately stop in and meet these great people!
