Once they finally came and assessed the problem I was given a pretty reasonable price for repsires. I've no longer had any more problems with my appliance and I work strongly recommend them to any family or friend

Great service, they were very professional. I needed service for my refrigerator and they took care of business right away. The tech came out and didn’t take long to diagnose the problem. This was a pretty common issue so he had the part with him. It only took a few hours for the fridge to start cooling again.

My LG washer wouldn't stop filling with water. I unplugged it and it was still filling. We eventually came to the conclusion to turn off the water. I called On Premise Appliance Repair and James was able to send someone out. Turns out it was a bad valve. The tech gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. I'm glad I didn't have to go out and buy a new washer.

I highly recommend using on premise appliance repair. Needed some work done on my frigidaire gas stove and they were able to come out the same day. The serviceman called me when he was heading to my house and he got it diagnosed in no time. I'm glad to be able to use my oven again.
