Dear Owner



I am taking the time to write this review because I hope you truly care about your business and you'd read this review/ complaint and take it very seriously. Personally, I'd make sure everybody I know does not come to this establishment again.



I was at your establishment with my Husband and my 7month old baby, at 11.45am on Saturday the 28th, trying to get the express service. We waited for 15mins and nobody bothered to approach us, so we went across to where the express automated drive through car wash was.





Then some lady came out and told us to pretty much get out of the way, and move all the way back and get out of her drive way and not block her business for her.. I have never ever been spoken to like that before.

She wasn't doing us any favors, we were planning to pay with our hard earned money, and the way she spoke to my husband, may God forgive her.



She said she was the owner. What a big shame. The mistake I made was not getting her name to truly verify this, because if it's indeed her business, it's a shame. I really hope she can sustain it, because if she treats customers that way, the business won't live long.
